Do I need to be an experienced speaker to attend?
Not at all. This event is designed for speakers at every level of the speaker journey - from aspiring to established who have a message to share. So, whether you’ve been on a hundred, a few or no stages at all, we’ll help you create the assets you need to look and sound like the expert you are (and if you desire - we can guide and support you every step of the way).
What exactly will I walk away with?
This depends on which package you choose - but either way you'll leave with professional quality assets within 7 days of the event.
If you choose the BASIC PACKAGE: You'll receive a pre-event flyer to promote your speaking at the event. A prep call with our team to answer any questions before you take the stage. You'll get 30 minutes with our team on October 12th, 2026 (recording time is dictated by the time you take to change wardrobes). You will also get the opportunity to speak in front of multiple backgrounds. (We will provide you with 2 different backgrounds - but you can provide a few slides as well). Our camera rolls throughout your entire stage spot - so the more prepared and camera-ready you are, the more usable footage you'll walk away with. You will receive up to 5 still photos on stage of you speaking.
If you choose the PLATINUM PACKAGE: You will receive all of the items mentioned in the Basic Package above - plus the following; A B-Roll video of you before and after your stage time. A professionally edited speaker highlight video, Speaker One-Sheet, Professional Speaker Headshot, A customized Logo for one of your on-stage backgrounds.

What if I’m nervous about being on camera?
You’re not alone, and that’s exactly why we created this event and why we have put together a team of professionals to help you! All three of us wished that we would have had this event as a resource when we got started. We also realize that a little bit of nerves is a good thing. So, with that said - the bottom line is that confidence comes from preparation and repetition.
Our team specializes in helping you prepare for the event so you can build your on-camera confidence and presence. The resources you'll come away with will help you promote yourself so you can start getting in those speaker reps.
When will I receive my assets and can I use them right away?
You will receive the videos and photos approximately 7 days after the event. (unless you want to send us additional videos to be included in your new sizzle reel and in that case it could take additional time. Also - your speaker one sheet turn around time is approximately 10 days from when we receive all of your assets and information.)
If you chose the BASIC PACKAGE, you will likely receive your video sooner so you can edit and take the next steps of creating your sizzle reel yourself. Photos will still be 7 days.
If you chose the PLATINUM PACKAGE, everything you receive will be ready for you to immediately use on your website, in pitch emails, speaker applications, or on social media.
What’s the difference between Basic and Platinum packages?
If you choose the $997 BASIC PACKAGE: You'll receive a pre-event flyer to promote your speaking at the event. A prep call with our team to answer any questions before you take the stage. You'll get 30 minutes total and up to 20 minutes of stage time (continuous recording). We will video you with up to 2 different backgrounds. The amount of actual video recording will depend on your ability to do a quick wardrobe change -if desired, and how you are able to present. Plus you will get 5 still photos on stage of you speaking. This is a great way to start gathering your assets in the most economical way possible.
If you choose the $2,497 PLATINUM PACKAGE: You will receive all of the items mentioned in the Basic Package above - PLUS; A personal video tech to capture B-Roll video of you before and after your stage time and media interview. A professionally edited speaker highlight video, Speaker One-Sheet, Professional Speaker Headshot, A customized Logo for one of your on-stage backgrounds. This is the best way to experience the full SPEAKERS ADVANTAGE!

What if I register but can’t make it - Can I get a REFUND?
Due to the venue requirements and high-touch nature of this event - also the limited spots available, tickets are non-refundable after September 15th, 2026. However, you can transfer your stage spot to someone else up to 5 days before the event, or to other services offered by The Speakers Advantage Team such as coaching, etc. Keep in mind that your additional package benefits and assets may not transfer to the new person.
